Huaxia Real Estate is a rapidly growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai. We are committed to building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results across both primary and secondary property markets. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Deposit and collect cheques and cash related to rental and property management fees.

· Coordinate with developers, chiller companies, DEWA, DLD, gas companies, and other service providers.

· Assist tenants with move-in and move-out inspections, documentation, renewals, and Ejari/DEWA/Gas registrations.

· Handle tenant maintenance complaints and coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams.

· Deliver and collect documents, keys, and access cards from tenants, developers, and offices.

· Maintain and update property management records, rental cheque calendars, and files.

· Arrange client viewings and support leasing agents as required.

· Monitor and coordinate maintenance of the company vehicle.

· Assist with property photoshoots and other tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements

· Valid Driving License (mandatory).

· Previous experience in Property Management is preferred.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

· Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
