Keyrenter St. Louis West is growing quickly and looking for a highly structured, detail-driven Property Management Assistant to join our team.This is an essential back-office administration and field operations support role.

Responsibilities
- Move-In & Move-Out Operations: Coordinate property turn logistics, complete thorough move-in and move-out property condition reports, and document the physical state of homes to ensure they are rent-ready.
- Account Support & Compliance: Monitor rent collection workflows, flag delinquent accounts, and issue routine payment notifications, notices, or follow-ups in accordance with company policy.
- Email & Communication Management: Monitor incoming company emails and digital correspondence, responding professionally to routine tenant or owner inquiries and routing urgent operational issues to the team.
- Vendor Scheduling Assistance: Assist in coordinating work orders, scheduling maintenance technicians, and checking in on vendor status for property turns or repairs.
- Administrative Records: Ensure compliance data, property logs, and internal property management systems are updated with exact accuracy.
Qualifications
- Organized, proactive, and exceptionally detail-oriented.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong professional email etiquette.
- Comfortable managing basic financial tracking, accounts receivable reminders, and administrative records.
- Tech-savvy with a positive, solutions-oriented problem-solving attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills, handy, and resourceful.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bonus Qualifications (Not required, but a plus!)
- Prior experience in bookkeeping support, transaction coordination, or administrative office roles.
- Familiarity with property management software (such as AppFolio) or tenant-landlord regulations.
- Light maintenance knowledge.

Pay: $20.83 - $22.00 per hour
