Real Property Management Highland is looking for a motivated and people-focused Property Management Assistant to join our growing team in Marble Falls, Texas.
If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment with strong support systems, we'd like to meet you.
As a Property Management Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our property management operations, helping residents, owners, vendors, and team members receive exceptional service.
What You'll Do

  • Communicate with residents, property owners, and vendors
  • Assist with maintenance coordination and follow-up
  • Support leasing and property management activities
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and service calls
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks and office operations
  • Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow-up and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Property management experience
  • Real estate experience
  • Administrative assistant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
