Role Overview:

We're looking for a *Property Management Associate* to join our remote team. This is a full-time, shift-based role, where you’ll manage guest communications, coordinate bookings, and ensure a smooth operational flow for our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle guest reservations and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in booking coordination and scheduling.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate positive guest reviews.
- Manage housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Address hazards and emergencies efficiently.
- Respond to general inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 Year experience in customer support role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A dedicated workspace and laptop
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week
- Screen sharing is compulsory and screen tracking also.
- The candidate need to be available in the meeting all the time.

Work Shifts:
- Morning: 6 AM - 2 PM- Night Shift: 10 PM – 6 AM

Salary & Benefits:- Competitive salary: Rs. 35,000 – 40,000 (based on experience)
- Annual bonuses and increments
- Work-from-home convenience
