Responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations, maintenance schedules, tenant relations, and lease negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across all property functions.
• Drive business development initiatives by cultivating new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and oversee renovation or development projects from inception to completion.

Skills

• Proven management experience with a strong track record in supervising teams within property or facilities management.
• Strategic planning expertise to align operational goals with long-term business objectives.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Deep understanding of profit & loss statements, budgeting processes, and financial analysis, bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Experience in property management software and online leasing platforms
• Strong project management capabilities with a focus on process improvement initiatives and developing SOPs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
