Property Management Coordinator

The Property Management Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations and tenant experience where Forza is the Property Manager. This role serves to keep the property functioning efficiently every day.


Core Roles & Responsibilities

Property Operations

  • Coordinate tenant issues and requests, including maintenance and repairs
  • Manage vendors and service contracts, including obtaining quotes for ongoing maintenance as well as repairs
  • Conduct site inspections, ensuring property appearance and safety
  • Major vendor, capital or tenant issues escalate through the Asset Manager

Leasing & Tenant Administration

  • Coordinate move-ins/move-outs
  • Track Lease compliance
  • Support Rent Collections
  • Handle notices and tenant communication

Operational Budget Execution

  • Operate withing approved budgets
  • Control property-level expenses
  • Submit invoices and operational reporting

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • College experience Preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Property Management
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
  • Perform the physical functions of the position, not limited to ability to; walk properties, complete physical inspections, and deliver tenant communications.

Education

Preferred
  • Bachelors or better
