Property Management Leasing Agent

High Property Management seeks a motivated salesperson to join our outside sales leasing team as an active Leasing Agent/Assistant property manager for all units throughout the Cedar Rapids/Marion area.

Job duties include showing & leasing residential apartment units, processing applications.

Marketing available units, property inspections, and weekly/monthly reporting.

Qualified candidates must have a High School diploma and at least 2 years of relevant outside sales experience. Property management experience will be preferred. Need advanced computer proficiency, and be self-motivated. Evening and weekend hours are sometimes required.

Benefits include health, dental, vision, and paid holidays. This position has a starting pay of $19.00 (additional sales commission negotiable based on experience). Pay is based on years of experience.

Applicants must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation and will undergo a background verification.
