Property Management Maintenance Coordinator

Overview

Growing Property Management company seeking a reliable Maintenance Coordinator to service residential rental properties in the Northwest Phoenix area.

Duties:

  • Receive and coordinate maintenance requests
  • Trouble shoot with tenant over the phone
  • Determine warranty status
  • Schedule vendors and maintenance staff
  • Communicate with tenants, owners, and contractors
  • Track work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Follow up on repairs and vendor invoices
  • Assist with emergency maintenance coordination (As needed)

Qualifications

  • Property management or maintenance coordination experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AppFolio or property management software is a plus
  • Professional customer service skills
