Property Management Painter

Job Overview
Patriot Properties is looking for a skilled and dependable Painter & Carpenter with experience in both interior painting and basic carpentry. This role is essential in preparing apartment homes for new residents and maintaining the overall quality of our communities.

Responsibilities:

• Interior painting of apartment units (walls, ceilings, trim, doors)
• Surface preparation including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming
• Perform basic carpentry work (trim repair, door adjustments, minor framing, cabinet repairs)
• Assist with apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready
• Complete drywall repairs and touch-ups
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support general maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in painting and basic carpentry
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques for both trades
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in apartment maintenance or property management
• Drywall installation/repair experience
• Ability to handle multiple unit turns under deadlines

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
