Property Management Trainee

<Job Summary>
Are you looking to build a long-term career in property management? Do you want hands-on experience in every aspect of luxury apartment operations?

We are seeking a motivated, high-potential Property Management Trainee to join our team in Great Falls, MT. This is a fast-paced but structured 3–6 month rotational training program designed to train a highly qualified candidate in all operational aspects of luxury apartment communities. During the training period, the Trainee will work directly with each on-site role — Maintenance, Housekeeping, Leasing, and Property Management — gaining first-hand operational, administrative, and leadership experience.

Upon successful completion of the program and demonstrated competency in property management operations, leadership, and resident service standards, the Trainee will be eligible to transition into an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager role, depending on performance and business needs.

This is not an entry-level desk job — it is a hands-on, immersive leadership development opportunity, ideal for an ambitious, motivated individual seeking long-term growth in property management and luxury residential operations.

During the training period, you will gain first-hand experience in:

  • Concierge and resident service operations
  • Leasing, marketing, and occupancy management
  • Budgeting, vendor coordination, and property operations
  • Staff supervision and leadership fundamentals

You will work alongside our Maintenance Technicians, Housekeepers, Leasing team, and Property Manager to understand how each role contributes to a luxury residential experience.
