Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized, motivated, and caring Property Manager to join our dynamic team at a luxury 75-unit apartment community in Nob Hill, Albuquerque. This position is ideal for an Assistant Manager ready to step into a leadership role or a current Property Manager looking for a positive, growth-focused change.

About the Role

As the Property Manager, you’ll oversee day to day operations of the community, working closely with ownership and your on site maintenance team to create an exceptional living experience for our residents. You’ll take pride in maintaining high standards, organizing resident events, and ensuring the property continues to shine as one of Nob Hill’s premier addresses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, leasing activity, and resident relations.
• Collaborate directly with the property owner and management team.
• Plan and execute resident events that foster community engagement.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with property policies.
• Handle maintenance requests, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
• Be available for occasional after-hours needs (with additional pay).
• Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated personality with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in property management or assistant management (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
