Property Manager – Camp Run a Pup
Position Summary
The Property Manager oversees daily operations at Camp Run a Pup, ensuring smooth coordination between our team, clients, and facilities. This role involves managing the day-to-day logistics of camp operations — including scheduling, transportation, facility and vehicle maintenance, and client communication. The Property Manager plays a key role in keeping camp running efficiently and maintaining the high standards of care our dogs and clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- Oversee daily check-in and check-out of campers.
- Serve as dispatcher for all transportation routes and staff assignments.
- Coordinate directly with clients about scheduling, pick-ups, and special instructions.
- Manage scheduling for staff, transportation, and facility needs.
- Lead and assist with special projects to improve camp operations and efficiency.
- Oversee facility and vehicle maintenance, ensuring everything remains safe, clean, and operational.
- Assist with hiring, training, and supporting new team members.
Daily Routine (Monday–Friday)
6:30–7:00 AM
- Review booking dashboard
- Check and respond to emails
- Print daily report
- Begin dispatch coordination
- Answer phone calls
7:00–9:00 AM
- Oversee morning dog check-ins
- Continue dispatch coordination
- Update booking dashboard
- Respond to emails and calls
9:00–10:00 AM
- Plan afternoon transportation routes
- Prepare next day’s morning route
- Assign daily staff tasks
- Continue email and phone communication
10:00–10:30 AM
- Daily operations review
- Handle phone correspondence
10:30–11:00 AM
11:00 AM–1:30 PM
- Work on special projects
- Maintain booking dashboard and schedules
- Respond to emails and phone calls
5:00–5:30 PM (From Home)
- Clear booking dashboard and confirm all reservations are accurate
- Clear inbox and confirm all client communication is up to date
Daily Routine (Sunday)
12:00-2:30 (From Home)

Qualifications
- Prior experience in dog care, kennel management, or dog facility operations preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience with scheduling software or kennel management systems (e.g., Goose, ProPet) a plus
- Ability to lead a team with professionalism, consistency, and compassion
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: From $52,178.57 per year
