We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our multifamily apartment community in Peachtree Corners, GA. In this vital role, you will oversee leasing activities, ensure property maintenance, manage tenant relations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your energetic approach will drive occupancy rates, foster positive customer relationships, and maintain the highest standards of property management excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on community living environments while utilizing your extensive administrative and real estate expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and contract management using property management software such as Yardi
  • Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all legal standards including Fair Housing regulations.
  • Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts through effective conflict management strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Administer legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, housing and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, oversee repairs, and maintain detailed records through data entry, filing systems, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Facilitate property leasing activities by upselling available units and promoting amenities to prospective tenants while maintaining positive customer relationship management.
  • Handle office administrative duties such as filing, data entry, phone etiquette, contract review, and document preparation to support smooth operational workflows.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with property management software including Yardi and OneSite.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant law.
  • Proven ability in conflict management, negotiation, and contract administration within a real estate context.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in property leasing, facilities management, and property maintenance coordination.
  • Skilled in legal administrative procedures related to real estate transactions and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective data entry, filing systems, and office experience.
