Position Overview:

We are currently hiring experienced Property Managers who are driven, dynamic, and eager to grow their career in Dubai's competitive market. If you have a minimum of 1 year experience we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and convert leads into successful deals
• Negotiate offers and close sales with confidence
• Handle property listings, viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Promote properties through marketing platforms and networking
• Meet monthly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable, motivated, and client-focused
• RERA Certification (OPTIONAL)
• Drivers License (OPTIONAL)
• Knowledge of Off-plan & Secondary Market (ADVANTAGE)
• Proven sales track record
