Property Manager

Currently seeking a Full Time Property Manager for Market Rate Property in Fort Myers, FL.

Job Summary
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of residential apartment homes. You will ensure the property is well-maintained, tenants' needs are met, and financial goals are achieved.

Duties included but not limited to:
- Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure property is well-maintained
- Conduct property inspections and enforce lease agreements
- Oversee rent collection and financial operations
- Maintain accurate property records and files
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Handle lease renewals and new tenant onboarding

Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of facilities management and property law
- Proficient in phone etiquette and data entry
- Experience in property management or related field is a plus
- Ability to handle conflicts and manage customer relationships efficiently
