Property Manager

Overview
Join our team as a Property Manager and take charge of overseeing residential and self-storage properties with energy and enthusiasm! We are looking for someone with experience in property management, including promotion and collections. Experience with self-storage rentals a plus. Successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be proficient with a computer, have a strong customer service orientation, and great attention to detail and follow-up. Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, evictions process, and maintenance coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing vacancies on Zillow and Craigslist, arranging tours, and preparing lease agreements
• Coordinate property maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained
• Handle inquiries professionally via company phone or in person, resolving issues promptly to enhance tenant satisfaction
• Prepare leases and administrative reports while maintaining organized filing systems and administrative records
• Maintain office procedures related to data entry, filing, and general administrative support

Skills

• Experience in property leasing and professional environments
• Proficiency in rent collection, notice procedures and eviction process
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or Sitelink is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and relationship management abilities
• Familiarity with property maintenance procedures
• Office experience including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong planning and time management skills with an ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per week
