Property Manager

Job Description:

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Managers to oversee the daily operations of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of our properties, while providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available properties to attract prospective tenants
- Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment processing
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information
- Stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations regarding property management

Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of office administration and property management software (CMMS)
- Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Understanding of property leasing laws and regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in facilities management is desirable

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities to tenants

- Knowledge/Experience in Yardi strongly preferred
