Property Manager

Property Management Company seeks property manager for full-time position (40 hrs per week) for complexes located in Opp, AL and in Florala, AL.

The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid DL and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history, credit and reference checks prior to starting employment.
• Previous residential property management experience at a tax credit property preferred.

Pay & Benefits

• 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm).
• $18-$19 per hour, DOE
• $70 per paycheck fuel reimbursement and $30 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement.
• Position is eligible for health, dental and life insurance after 60 days of employment.
• Paid time off and paid holidays provided as well.

***Housing: Rent-free unit is offered with the position. Security deposited. ***
