ROLE: Property Manager (Career Track)

This is a training and development role designed to prepare you to become a fully licensed Property Manager.

You’ll work directly with experienced managers and leadership to learn:

• Leasing & move-ins
• Tenant relations
• Maintenance coordination
• Property inspections
• Owner communication
• Systems & operations

You will be mentored, coached, and challenged.

No prior property management experience required

Hawaii Real Estate License

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Strong communication and professionalism

Desire to grow with the company

Assistant Property Manager → Leasing Agent → Junior Property Manager → Senior Property Manager → Portfolio Lead
