We’re looking for an exceptional Property Manager who takes pride in running a well-operated, resident-focused community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, operations, and financial performance—and wants to grow with us.
What You’ll DoLead Day-to-Day Property Operations- Oversee all operational aspects of your property focusing on resident relations and maintenance coordination
- Keep occupancy high by managing availability and driving lease renewals
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready and standards are consistently met
Deliver a Great Resident Experience- Be the go-to contact for residents—handling questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism
- Manage move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
- Resolve issues and concerns quickly while maintaining strong relationships
Manage Maintenance & Vendors- Coordinate work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns
- Oversee maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely, quality work
- Build strong vendor relationships while helping to control costs
Oversee Financial Performance- Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and resident accounts
- Approve invoices, manage expenses, and support budgeting
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in reporting and day-to-day accounting tasks
Commercial Tenant Management (if applicable)- Serve as the main point of contact for commercial tenants
- Handle communication, lease needs, and maintenance coordination
- Ensure issues are addressed quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For- Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Financial awareness (budgets, collections, reporting)
- A hands-on, proactive approach to operations and customer service
- Experience managing commercial tenants, preferred.
