**Job Opportunity: Property Manager at Foshee Residential Management Company, LLC**

Foshee Residential Management Company, LLC (“Foshee”) is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Property Manager to join our team in the vibrant Mobile, AL area! Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Manages the financial responsibilities of the property including annual budget.
  • With the assistance of the Regional Property Manager and the Director of Maintenance, identifies and coordinates the maintenance activities and priorities within budgetary limits.
  • Responsible for the marketing activities of the property to ensure budgeted occupancy goals.
  • Manages staff including Assistant Managers, Leasing personnel, Maintenance personnel and others.
  • Coordinates social activities to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Assess property security requirements and recommend changes as necessary.

Qualifications / Experience Necessary:

  • Education – High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Years of Experience – 5 years’ prior experience managing properties with direct supervision of staff.
  • Certifications/Licensure – Must have valid Driver’s License. Prefer CAM/CPM or equivalent.
  • Computer Skills – Proficient in MS Office; Previous OneSite experience is a plus!
  • Other – Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules, requirements, and scope. Cooperative and engaging team spirit with collaborative work groups. Significant customer service experience.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
