TITLE: Full-time Property Manager
DEPARTMENT: Property Management
REPORTS TO: Director of Property Management
JOB SUMMARY: Maintain excellent customer service with Board of Directors/property owners while ensuring that the governing documents are being followed to assist with the growth and overall value of properties within the portfolio.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Liaison for the Board of Directors and property owners

Pursue vendor relationships and contractor workmanship

Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation

Prepares annual budget and make sure financial objectives are met

Resolve owner complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with the property’s governing documents

Handle maintenance requests and prepare routine maintenance specifications
-
Maintain appropriate insurance for each property
-
Homeowner assessment account management
-
Perform routine property inspections
-
Creating and maintaining filing systems within property management software
-
Attend board meetings either annually or routinely
-
Organize Board of Director elections
-
Prepare meeting notices, community communications, financial statements, legal notifications, etc.

Perform any other duties assigned to you from time to time

Operate standard office equipment to include 10-key calculator, computer, printer, multi-line phone system, copier
-
Maintain a professional office environment and promote a positive image for the company

Use personal vehicle to perform company business when necessary

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Education or Equivalent
