Larchmont based Property Management Company is seeking full-time Property Manager/Field Agent. Properties are located in the Bronx, Mt. Vernon and Manhattan.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee building staff: superintendents; porters; and handy-persons including tracking and time and attendance procedures
  • Set schedules for porters to ensure the buildings and grounds are properly maintained and cleaned
  • Interact with construction contractors and owner who are renovating all buildings
  • Make sure building and apartment work orders, violations, court orders and Section 8 HQS repairs are timely completed and signed off
  • Collaborate with Repair/Maintenance Coordinator as needed
  • Respond to resident complaints
  • Enforce lease and house rules of the properties including writing lease violation letters to residents
  • Evaluate employees and provide guidance of standard operating procedures
  • Assist in legal procedures and going to court when necessary
  • Oversee apartment vacancy turnover once construction is completed
  • Order and track building maintenance and supply inventory
  • Oversee and follow up with outside contractors
  • Assist with rent collections

Requirements:

· 5+ years experience in Property Management

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Strong ability to multi-task

· Strong work ethic

· Experience with Property Management Software Systems

· Experience working with City & Municipal Agencies

· Ability to work with G-Suite & Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
