Property Manager

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and rental income is maximized. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Salary plus bonuses. Paid time off.

```Duties```

- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations

- Show available units to prospective tenants

- Collect and process rental payments in a timely manner

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors

- Address tenant complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as required

```Requirements```

- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable
