Property Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and multi-family properties with Big Bear Properties. This role is responsible for ensuring properties are leased efficiently, tenants are supported, and owners receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenant inquiries, applications, leases, and renewals.
• Conduct property showings, screenings, inspections, and turnovers.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.
• Oversee marketing efforts and property listings to achieve occupancy goals.
• Forecast maintenance needs and coordinate with the team to address issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in property management, leasing, or related field preferred.
• Preference given to bilingual candidates and licensed real estate agents.
• Ability to balance administrative tasks with tenant and owner relations.
• Proficiency with property management software is a plus. (AppFolio preferred)
