Property Manager / Licensed Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Property Manager to join our team. A current Florida Real Estate License is required.

This position involves managing residential rental properties, assisting tenants and owners, coordinating maintenance repairs, and showing rental properties to prospective tenants. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask, and is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails from tenants, owners, vendors, and prospective tenants
• Show rental properties to prospective tenants
• Process maintenance requests and work orders
• Contact vendors to obtain estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Communicate with property owners regarding repair approvals
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work until completed
• Maintain accurate records and notes within our property management software
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners

Requirements:

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Property management experience preferred, but not required

Additional Information:
This is a salaried position. Our office has a laid-back, team-oriented environment where everyone helps each other out. We rotate after-hours emergency calls among team members. There may also be occasional requests for rental showings after normal business hours or on weekends. When available, we ask team members to assist with these showings as needed.
