Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. Duties
- Manage the overall operation of the property, including maintenance, safety, and tenant relations
- Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and projects
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools
- Oversee electrical systems, HVAC units, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, and high voltage equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret schematics for electrical, mechanical, and industrial systems to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs
- Coordinate facility upgrades or renovations while managing project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular inspections using tools like ohmmeters to assess electrical systems’ integrity and safety compliance
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to industrial maintenance, electrical work, HVAC systems, and high voltage operations
- Lead initiatives in facilities management that improve operational efficiency and sustainability
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters
- Experience working with CMMS platforms for maintenance management
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage, high voltage systems, and electrical experience
- Project management skills to oversee renovation or upgrade projects from planning through completion
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination
- Supervising experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred
- Ability to interpret technical schematics related to mechanical and electrical systems
