Property Manager

Position Details

• Location- Denver Metro Area
• Private Portfolio
• Must be available to meet at least once a week

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management required
• Experience with leasing and maintenance management
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge and experience using QuickBooks
• Communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of approximately 30 residential properties
• Handle leasing activities, including tenant communication, screenings, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and vendor relationships
• Track expenses, rent collection, and financial records
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
