Property Manager

We are a leading property management firm dedicated to providing high-quality service to our residential rental properties. We manage a portfolio of residential high-rise and commercial properties and pride ourselves on integrity, responsiveness, and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring resident satisfaction, and overseeing leasing, maintenance, and financial performance.

Candidates require the following:

• 10 years experience in a Property Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and related state regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
• Property Management Certificate or other education in Business Admin, Real Estate is an asset.
• Permitted to work in California, must reside in the San Diego area.
