Property Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of property management principles. This role is essential in ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing occupancy rates.

Duties:

• Oversee property leasing processes, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and processing applications.
• Implement effective facilities management practices to enhance the overall tenant experience.
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities to tenants.
• Address tenant concerns and conflicts promptly and professionally, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues amicably.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to property management.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software such as OneSite for tracking leases, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants through exceptional customer service and regular communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and facilities management principles.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Familiarity with laws governing property leasing and tenant rights.
• Proficiency in property management software, particularly OneSite or similar platforms.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
• Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling services or amenities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
