We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our self-storage facility with a willingness to perform light maintenance around the facility. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong customer service, sales, and facility management skills; though we are willing to consider any candidate who is willing to learn and grow within the industry!

On top of your base pay, there is an opportunity to earn additional income through commissions on each unit rented out!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist tenants with inquiries, rentals, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and tenant accounts.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and security to ensure a safe environment.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate necessary orders.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high service and operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, retail, or customer service.
  • Strong sales, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance and security procedures.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
