Company Overview:
JDC Management, LLC is a growing property management company dedicated to delivering high-quality service to residents and maintaining exceptional property standards. We are currently seeking an experienced, results-driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 72-unit senior apartment community in Charleston, SC.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining high occupancy and collection rates, effectively marketing properties, and fostering strong resident relationships—all while staying within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
• Ensure leasing office, common areas, and model units are clean, professional, and ready for tours
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through effective communication and service
• Market the community to attract qualified prospects and maintain occupancy at 98–100%
• Manage the full leasing cycle, from application to renewal
• Post and collect rents using OneSite
• Open, manage, and close maintenance work orders in OneSite
• Enforce rent collection policies and handle eviction processes, including filing with the local courthouse
• Review daily reports (e.g., occupancy, vacancies, notices) to ensure data accuracy
• Conduct unit and file inspections and ensure curb appeal meets company standards
• Plan and supervise resident events and community engagement activities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
• Must have strong knowledge of Affordable Housing and LIHTC programs
• Strong knowledge of leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and marketing strategies
• Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead on-site operations with minimal supervision

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
