About the Role

Almoayed is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of its real estate portfolio in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities

·        Lead initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction, service quality, and response times.

·        Implement strategies to increase occupancy, reduce turnover, and strengthen tenant relationships.

·        Manage lease renewals, rent collection, budgets, and cost optimization to maximize returns.

·        Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, value, and efficiency.

·        Maintain properties to premium standards, proactively resolving maintenance issues.

·        Provide regular reports, insights, and improvement plans to management.

Who We’re Looking For

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management or real estate operations.

·        Organized, proactive, and solutions-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.

·        Proven success in improving customer service, occupancy, and landlord ROI.

·        Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

·        Fluent in English
