Property Manager - Apartment Community

300+ unit Apartment Community seeking highly skilled experienced Property Manager.

Join a premier Class A luxury apartment community dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to lead our team and ensure the financial and operational success of our multi-family property in Beaufort, SC.

- Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident relations, community maintenance, and budget management. Excellent customer service skills needed and ability to multi-task in a fast paced office.

- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive community environment.

- Monitor market conditions and develop strategies for effective advertising and promotion. Experience with Social Media preferred.

- Handle personnel functions, ensuring staff are well-supported and motivated.

- Maintain strong communication with residents, team members, and management team.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a multi-family property manager.

- Candidate must have an active South Carolina PMIC License.

- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Entrata software experience is a plus.

- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Lease-Up Experience is a plus.

- Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
