Property Manager (Bahraini National – RERA Licensed)

Job Description:
Impact Estate W.L.L. is looking for a proactive and qualified Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a Bahraini national, RERA licensed, and possess a technical background in property or facility management. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and operational skills to ensure efficient property management across residential and commercial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between tenants, owners, and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work, supervising technicians and contractors.
• Ensure all properties are in line with RERA requirements and regulations.
• Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including documentation and inspection reports.
• Handle lease renewals, notices, and follow-ups on rent payments.
• Provide regular reports to management on property performance and issues.

Requirements:

• Bahraini nationality (mandatory).
• Valid RERA license for property management (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property or facility management.
• Technical background or qualification in real estate, facilities, or engineering is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
