Property Manager & Caretaker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager/Caretaker to oversee the daily operations of our properties and resorts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of hospitality, management, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and staff. This role requires a proactive team approach to management, while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Onsite housing provided- ideal for a couple to share in the roles of caretakers of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate records
• Coordinate maintenance requests to ensure timely completion
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in data entry and office software applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with guests, vendors, and team members.
• Love of outdoors and fostering making life long memories for guests
