Property Manager - Floater

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple properties by overseeing leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance activities.
• Conduct property tours, lease signings, and move-in/move-out inspections with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Utilize rental software to perform data entry, leasing documentation, rent collections, and reporting tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management to uphold high standards of property appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft programs
• Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
• Office experience including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
