Summary: Coordinates inter-department activities for the successful delivery of exceptional guest experience and provides direct oversight of entire facility maintenance, property condition, and maintenance staff for 40-69 residential units and 3-5 HOAs. units. This will include oversight of maintenance projects and maintenance staff and oversight of front desk staff as well as cross training at similar properties to be able to help fill in when other managers are out of office.

Position will require oversight and management of HOA projects. The position will lead and oversee all Board of Directors Meetings as well as the annual HOA meeting and managing the HOA budget. Responsible for understanding and managing internal budgets. Resolves problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, unusual requests, and overall maintenance of entire facility and grounds to ensure working order, safety and impeccable standards are met. Position may require other duties as required by the business.

$31.73-$40.86/hr DOE (annual equivalent of $66k-$85K)

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

Minimum of one-year direct supervision or equivalent work experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills are required. Use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word are preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team.
