Property Manager – Luxury Apartment Community (348 Units)

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Property Manager to lead operations at a 348-unit Class A luxury apartment community. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences, driving occupancy, and maintaining the highest standards of property performance and presentation. You will be joining an established, high-performing onsite team, providing the opportunity to step into a well-supported environment while elevating performance and continuing to build a strong, cohesive culture.The ideal candidate is highly organized, financially driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, leading your team, and ensuring the community consistently meets and exceeds occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members to achieve performance goals
• Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic leasing, marketing, and pricing initiatives
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and expense control
• Ensure community appearance meets luxury standards at all times
• Enforce lease terms and community policies consistently and professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Property Management experience (Class A or luxury preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience with budgeting, financials, and occupancy performance
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
