Are you a proactive leader who excels in both leasing and maintenance coordination? We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes and multifamily communities.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage all aspects of day-to-day operations — from leasing and resident relations to maintenance and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and hands-on leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of single-family and multifamily properties
• Lead and support the maintenance team to ensure timely and quality repairs
• Handle all leasing functions: showings, applications, approvals, renewals, and move-ins/outs
• Maintain occupancy goals through proactive marketing and excellent resident service
• Manage rent collections, budgets, and expense control
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, quality, and curb appeal
• Enforce lease terms and community policies in line with Fair Housing laws

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property management experience (single-family and/or multifamily)
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Computer and tech savvy
• Proficient in Excel, Word, etc.
• Proven track record in leasing and resident retention
• Experience supervising maintenance staff or vendors
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of property management software and Fair Housing compliance
