Property Manager/Corporate Handyman

Job Overview
Seeking an experienced, flexible Property Manager/Corporate Handyman for a part to full-time field position.

Skills, Experience, Knowledge Required:

. Required background and knowledge begins with experience operating and light maintenance of, small implements and equipment, watercraft, all-terrain vehicles and cargo trailers, etc.

. Also, light handyman/mechanical skills to afford the ability to operate and maintain small farm equipment and Company trucks.

. Ability to document and discuss any findings or reports with Company Land Works Asset Coordinator.

. Flexibility to travel locally and out of state periodically, as needed.

. The means to independently manage time and work schedule.

. Valid Florida Driver's License, experience driving a boat, and knowledge of SW Florida area required.

Job Duties (to include, but not limited to):

. Daily interaction with Company owner, land consultants, ranchers, and Company staff.

. Company logistics and management of corporate equipment.

. Assist Company with transportation of trailers and equipment on a limited basis, occasionally requiring out-of-town, overnight stays.

. Conduct quarterly site inspections of land and improved real estate, including management and maintenance of all gates, locks and fencing on Company owned and managed properties.

. Taking of pictures and documenting all items on property checklist or as directed, regarding ag and non-ag properties.

. Attending weekly update meetings with Land Works Asset Coordinator and Company owner.

. Limited travel required for logistics of Company equipment and vehicles.

. Prompt response skills and the ability to follow plans or duties proficiently.

. Occasional handyman duties required, along with the experience with and ability to operate light-duty equipment and watercraft.

. Ability to work with various personality types.

. Periodic need for flexibility in days/hours as required.

. Other: special projects as assigned.
