Role Overview

The Property Market Analyst supports our advisory team with independent market analysis, applied financial modelling, and ongoing monitoring of the Dubai real estate market across residential and commercial segments.

The role combines market research, investment evaluation, and internal advisory support. You provide the factual basis for client recommendations, financing decisions, and risk assessments—with disciplined analysis, clear documentation, and decision-ready outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research on real estate investments (residential and commercial)
• Monitor and analyse market trends and economic data: pricing, rents, yields, liquidity, absorption, pipeline supply, and demand drivers
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and performing risk assessments
• Develop, refine, and maintain financial models for real estate portfolios and investment cases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all models, assumptions, datasets, and analyses (clean documentation and version control)
• Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations that provide clear insights and recommendations for Advisors and clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (Advisors, financing, valuation partners) to support strategic decision-making
• Provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts where relevant

The Successful Applicant

• CFA preferred, or a Master’s in Finance / Real Estate / Economics or related field
• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering is a plus)
• Experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or a comparable analytical role
• Dubai market exposure is a strong advantage

Skills & Working Style

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (high comfort with Excel and structured datasets)
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities—clear, calm, evidence-based
• Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English (German is a strong advantage)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
