We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our UK-based client in recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate will source candidates, manage the recruitment process, and build strong relationships to create a robust talent pipeline. This role suits someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Sourcing:
Reach out to candidates via calls, emails, and social platforms to promote opportunities.

Candidate Engagement:
Understand candidates’ career goals and match them with suitable roles.

Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless process.

Documentation:
Assist in preparing offer letters and contracts.

CRM Management:
Track interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Market Insights:
Stay informed on talent market trends to refine recruitment strategies.

Targets:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.
Skills & Competencies

Experience in 360 end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Expertise with jobs portals (LinkedIn, Indeed & Naukri), creating candidates’ pipeline and MS Excel

Proficiency in CRM and applicant tracking systems.

Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of recruitment best practices is a plus.

Strong expertise with sourcing and Head hunting skills.
Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Proven success in recruitment or similar roles.
