About A Real Home Away A Real Home Away (ARHA) is a short-term rental property management company that transforms empty houses into warm, guest-ready homes. We're growing in the Indianapolis metro and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Project Manager to help us do it.

About the Role This is a part-time, remote contractor position averaging 10–20 hours per week depending on active projects. You'll manage individual properties from empty home to fully furnished, guest-ready rental — coordinating everything in between.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding process for each property from start to finish
  • Set up utilities and activate accounts for each home
  • Purchase furnishings selected by our designer and all essential living supplies (kitchen, bath, linens, etc.)
  • Schedule and manage vendor work orders (installation, cleaning, handyman, etc.)
  • Coordinate with our staging team for final property setup
  • Gather and document property details to support guest FAQs and future maintenance
  • Communicate proactively with the ARHA team on timelines and project status

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable purchasing products online
  • Clear communicator who works well independently
  • Experience in short-term rentals, real estate, home staging, or interior design is a plus
  • Must reside in the Indianapolis metro area

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
