Pensacola Rentals, LLC, Pensacola FL Rentals, LLC, A DJ Connection LLC, and Pensacola Photo Booth are seeking a dependable, organized, detail-oriented assistant to help support our growing local businesses.

This is NOT a boring desk job. Every day is different.

We manage rental homes, real estate operations, DJ entertainment services, and photo booth events throughout the Pensacola area and are looking for someone who can become a trusted long-term part of our team. The ideal person is organized, calm under pressure, a good communicator, comfortable multitasking, and able to help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with lease paperwork and tenant communication
  • Organizing files, notices, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating maintenance vendors and service calls
  • Following up with tenants, vendors, and contractors
  • Helping schedule repairs and property work
  • Assisting with DJ and photo booth scheduling and communication
  • Light office management and organizational support
  • Assisting with social media posts and online communication
  • Running occasional errands or helping with miscellaneous tasks
  • Helping maintain professional communication and documentation

This position may grow into a larger long-term operations role for the right person.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Organized and dependable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers, email, texting, and basic office software
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Must be comfortable around friendly doodles/dogs
  • Property management, leasing, office admin, real estate, legal assistant, medical office, hospitality, or event coordination experience is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation

Additional Opportunity:
For the right person, optional additional paid opportunities may occasionally be available for house sitting and helping care for our friendly doodles while we are out of town. This is NOT required for the position but could be a bonus opportunity for someone who enjoys animals and flexible extra income.

Compensation:

  • Flexible part-time schedule to start
  • Approximately 10–30 hours per week
  • Hourly pay based on experience
  • Opportunity for long-term growth and expanded responsibilities
