Property Operations Laborer

A growing property management company is hiring a dependable, hardworking laborer to assist with property maintenance, material runs, mowing, shop work, and general labor duties across multiple properties.

This is a physically active position for someone who likes to stay busy and work with their hands. Every day is different, and applicants must be flexible and dependable.

Duties Include

Running materials and supplies to job sites

Assisting maintenance technicians and carpenters

Mowing and grounds cleanup

Trash outs and property clean up

Loading/unloading tools and materials

Shop organization and vehicle cleanup

Helping with apartment turns and renovations

General labor and additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Able to lift 50+ pounds

Dependable and on time

Comfortable working outdoors

Basic tool knowledge preferred

Able to follow direction and work independently

Preferred Experience

Property maintenance

Landscaping or mowing

Construction or general labor

Use of power tools and trailers

Compensation

Full-time

Pay based on experience
