Property Operations Team Member

Small family-owned real estate and hospitality company seeking dependable, hands-on team player who is comfortable with changing environments to help maintain and prepare our properties. This is not a “stay at one location” cleaning job. We want problem solvers to help with:

Motel room turnovers

Airbnb cleanings

Apartment move-outs

Construction clean-up

Light maintenance support

Property prep and special projects

If you prefer doing the same task in the same place every day, this role is probably not a fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
