PROPERTY OWNER INVESTIGATOR & ACQUISITIONS SPECIALIST

Central Valley & California Real Estate | Remote & Hybrid Opportunity

If you’re interested in learning the real estate investment business from A to Z while working directly alongside an experienced investor and dealmaker, this could be a strong fit for you.

This role provides the opportunity to participate in the full real estate investment process — from locating and connecting with property owners all the way through signed agreements and closed transactions.

We are looking for a highly driven, resourceful, and persistent person who wants to learn how real off market real estate deals are sourced, pursued, negotiated, structured, and closed.

You will work directly with an experienced California real estate investor and broker with 20+ years of experience in:

  • off market acquisitions
  • distressed property
  • creative deal structuring
  • investment strategy

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, persistence, and sales ability who may currently feel stuck in the wrong industry or job.

Possible backgrounds include:

THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

This is NOT a typical cold calling or appointment setting position.

This is a hybrid investigative outreach and real estate acquisitions role where you will identify opportunities, locate difficult-to-reach property owners, build relationships, and help move deals toward signed agreements and closed transactions.

We target off market opportunities before competitors even know they exist.

Tracking down the true decision maker is often the key to the entire opportunity.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Researching properties and ownership situations
  • Locating difficult-to-reach property owners
  • Identifying true decision makers
  • Calling, texting, and following up with potential sellers
  • Building trust and rapport with property owners
  • Gathering information about seller situations
  • Identifying opportunities
  • Helping negotiate and secure deals
  • Learning acquisitions, negotiations, contracts, and dispositions
  • Working directly with ownership on real transactions

COMPENSATION

Base pay to start plus performance bonuses tied to results and closed deals.

For the right high performer, this role has substantial long term income potential with the opportunity to transition into a much higher commission-based compensation structure over time.

Six figure plus income potential with no ceiling for the right person.
