We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organised Property Purchase Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end property acquisition process for our diverse clientele, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for real estate and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

As a Property Purchase Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
* Liaising directly with clients to fully understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.
* Coordinating with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other third parties to facilitate a smooth transaction.
* Managing all administrative aspects of the property purchase process, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
* Providing clients with regular, clear, and concise updates on the progress of their purchase.
* Conducting thorough market research to identify suitable properties that meet client criteria.
* Organising and scheduling property viewings and inspections on behalf of clients.
* Reviewing contracts, reports, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and protect client interests.
* Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
