Property Sales Advisor (Telesales)

About the Company
We are a well-established real estate brokerage based in Dubai, dealing with property sales and rentals across top communities. We are currently seeking a proactive Telecaller to help us connect with property owners and maintain an accurate, up-to-date property database.

Role Overview
The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with property owners and verifying listing details. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced workflow.

Responsibilities

• Contact property owners to verify property status, pricing, and availability.
• Enter accurate property data into the CRM and Excel sheets.
• Build relationships with landlords to secure new property listings.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and property portals.
• Coordinate with sales and listing teams to maintain an updated inventory.
• Handle owner information and listing updates with professionalism and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a real estate.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls every day.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, Excel, email, WhatsApp)
